How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What happens if I run out of diamonds while painting?
We offer a 'Missing Diamond Guarantee.' If you run out of a specific color, simply contact our support team with your order number and the DMC color code, and we will ship replacements for free.
What is the difference between Round and Square drills?
Round drills are easier for beginners and leave small gaps between stones for a sparkly look, while Square drills fit together perfectly for a 'fuller' mosaic look and require more precision.
Can I return my kit if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns on unused and unopened kits within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund.
